Menopause Wellness App

Menopause care built around your story, not a stand-in for it.

Most menopause apps write one script and adjust the language. Amelora starts from how symptoms, stigma, and support actually differ across culture and community, so the care you get actually looks and sounds like your life.

"The research mainstream apps cite rarely reflects us. That shouldn't mean the care we get is generic too."

Why we're building Amelora

Menopause care still defaults to one experience

Symptom presentation, family communication norms, trust in the medical system, and access to treatment all vary meaningfully by culture and community. Current apps rarely account for any of it, they translate the same content into more languages and call it done. Amelora exists to close that gap, not paper over it.

What you'll get

Daily check-in
A quick, low-effort way to log how you're feeling each day, with your choice of icon set (butterflies, flowers, puppies, or cats) instead of a clinical mood scale, so tracking feels personal, not like homework.
Adaptive education
Content on symptoms, HRT, and treatment options grounded in research and messaging built for your community, not one article reskinned for everyone.
Provider matching
A directory weighted toward clinicians who understand how symptoms and care needs show up differently across cultural backgrounds.
Community circles
Peer support grouped around shared cultural context, alongside the wider Amelora community, moderated and judgment-free.
Access navigation
Guided help with insurance, HRT prior authorization, and the cost barriers that hit some communities harder than others.

Built for you

Women 40 to 60 from Black, Latina, Asian, Native American, and other communities who've felt like an afterthought in mainstream menopause care.

And for the organizations that support you

Employers, health plans, and community organizations who want to offer something more than a generic wellness perk.

About the name

Amelora (uh-meh-LOR-uh) blends the Latin amor, love, and aurora, dawn. Menopause is often treated as an ending. We see it as a threshold, and wanted a name that carried warmth into that transition instead of clinical distance.
